1. Agreement
By using a DCORP service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented to you. If you use DCORP on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so for that business.
2. Business use
DCORP Invoice & Stock is intended for legitimate business operations including invoicing, sales, stock management, receipts, branch operations and related administration. Users are responsible for the accuracy of business, tax, pricing, stock and customer information they enter.
3. Accounts, users and devices
Access may be controlled by licences, approved devices, user permissions, branch permissions and workspace roles. You must protect credentials and access codes and must not attempt to bypass technical controls.
4. Licences and availability
Software access may depend on the status and terms of the applicable DCORP licence. A suspended, expired, revoked or device-limited licence may restrict access in accordance with the product's licensing rules.
5. Data responsibility
Businesses are responsible for reviewing their records and maintaining appropriate copies of important business information. Where backup or export features are available, users should verify that those operations completed successfully.
6. Google Drive integration
Google Drive connection is optional and requires the user to authorize the requested Google permission. Google services are provided by Google and are also subject to Google's own terms and availability. DCORP does not control interruptions, account restrictions or service changes imposed by Google.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use DCORP services to violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with system security, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or misuse another business's licence, account, data or device approval.
8. Intellectual property
DCORP software, branding, interface elements, documentation and related materials remain the intellectual property of Design Corporation or their respective rights holders unless expressly stated otherwise. A licence grants permission to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
9. Third-party services
Some functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure or services. Their terms and technical availability may affect related DCORP features.
10. Changes
We may update software, features, security controls or these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DCORP services are provided subject to the product description and applicable licence terms. Users remain responsible for reviewing business-critical records, legal requirements and accounting or tax obligations applicable to their business.
