Revoke Google Drive access
You can revoke DCORP's Google authorization from your Google Account's connected-app permissions. Once revoked, DCORP cannot continue using that authorization to access Google Drive through the API.
You may also contact us to request deletion of eligible server-side Google connection information associated with your DCORP business.
Submit a privacy or deletion request
Email privacy@dcorp.co.za with the subject DCORP Data Request.
Please include:
- Your business name.
- Your business ID or licence ID if available.
- The email address associated with the request.
- Whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, Google disconnection support, or another privacy action.
Identity verification
To protect business and user data, DCORP may ask for reasonable verification before completing a request. We will not ask you to disclose a password or private security key.
What may not be deleted immediately
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business-record purposes. Locally stored records may also require action on the relevant device.
Google Drive files
Files already created in a user's Google Drive remain under that Google account's control. Disconnecting the API connection does not automatically delete every file that the user already owns in Drive.
