Google Drive is optional
Google Drive is not required to use the core invoicing and stock features. A business owner can choose to connect Google Drive for supported document and receipt storage/export functions.
When Google Drive is connected, DCORP requests the per-file Google Drive permission:
This scope is used for files created by or explicitly used with DCORP Invoice & Stock. The application does not request broad permission to browse all unrelated files in a user's Drive.
Business data and continuity
DCORP is designed so operational data can remain available locally on supported devices while cloud services handle only the functions they are needed for. Existing production data should be preserved during compatible app updates.
